WebDec 15, 2024 · CSTATES makes my OC completely unstable when using AVX256 with Prime95. Using sync all cores 5.1/4.0 with AVX offset 5 and OCTVB +2. even if CSTATES is disabled it seems that my cores goes down to 500MHz when in idleand the CoreVID goes down to 0.850. OCTVB seems to work ok since it boost to 5.3GHz when possible. http://www.lotpc.com/dngz/9193.html
