WebMechanics shouldn't use repeaters anyway, they do much better with Great XBows after they get the T5 enhancements. Repeaters are best used by Artis and Rangers, and a few other fringe builds. Artis are a premium class though so you'll have to buy or unlock them, if that's what you meant by paying. WebDual Xbows is better than Mech or BE because it ends up firing more shots than both - its got higher rate of fire than even Repeaters, eventually, because it scales better with doubleshot and attack speed, and its firing animation is faster. Mechanic with Great Xbow is still pretty good though.
