I reinstalled Gothic 1 (so now I have 2 versions of Gothic 1: with patches and unpatched). I copied the save file from the patched version of Gothic 1 into the unpatched one and it works. WebInstall Gothic II, and delete the file "Vdfs32g.exe" in \system\ before your first start of the game. If it's all a miss, I'd suggest using the mod-manager Spine . It patches the Gothic installation automatically.
